For the past four years, Ross and Debbie Hoffmeier (above) have been volunteering with Breakaway Outreach at a local juvenile center. Their church, Church of the Nature Coast, has also been involved with providing services, participating in weekly Bible studies, coordinating Fall Festivals, baking birthday cakes and more.

Ross and Debbie Hoffmeier founded The Shepherd's Inn Ministries, an aftercare home for former juvenile offenders in Florida.

After much prayer and almost a year's worth of planning, the Hoffmeiers have opened up The Shepherd's Inn Ministries, an aftercare home that will provide a home setting for juvenile offenders upon their release from the Department of Juvenile Justice.

The Shepherd's Place will serve as a discipleship home preparing residents for assimilation into their community by teaching life skills and Christian values.
